Judge John Rowan and his wife, Ann Lytle Rowan commissioned the construction of a large mansion they named Federal Hill, which is the farm that inspired the Rowan’s cousin Stephen Foster to write the song “My Old Kentucky Home”. Federal Hill is depicted on the reverse of the Kentucky state quarter issued by the U.S. Mint in 2002. CONDITION: Unused; never mailed. Minor corner and edge wear. Soiling and age tanning. Very Good condition. Sold AS IS. Look carefully at the pictures to Judge Condition for Yourself. Due to the Pandemic and Influx of Seasonal Visitors; some of the Mail from Florida is taking up to 25 or more DAYS TO REACH the Addressee. Please be Aware of this fact.
