Description: MY SECOND AND LAST OF THE SILVERED VERSION. For your zeppelin / aviation collection I offer this Third Reich 36mm medal. Uncirculated condition and made of silvered copper zinc alloy. This medal was issued for the LZ130 which was to be called the Hindenburg II, but that name was dropped after the disaster at Lakehurst, when the original Hindenburg exploded upon landing and was destroyed. Over the years I have managed to acquire several of this medal and now I see a few for sale. All are priced at $300 or more so I decided to sell mine. I can sell for less and still be OK as I bought mine many years ago. This one is silvered copper zinc and in uncirculated condition. See the scans. U.S. shipping is $4. It will cost me more.
