HYPERBOND brand by CA-Plus adhesives - sold by Rabid Models It's BLACK because it has rubber compounds added to the formula. THICK 4000cps viscosity - dries slowly and has good gap-filling capability - stays where you put it. (I also offer thin and medium black CA, see my other listings) RT glue is 4 times stronger than regular CA and it dries slightly flexible, so it resists cracking and can handle high-stress and high-vibration applications in difficult environments. Shock and Impact resistant Humidity resistant, resists heat and thermal shock better than regular CA Excellent for gluing bulkheads and other items to fiberglass model airplane fuselages and fiberglass model boat hulls. Excellent for attaching rubber tires to wheels on RC cars. Excellent for working with composite materials (carbon fiber)Popular for loudspeaker building and repair! It dries relatively slowly and will reach it's full strength (full cure) in 24 hours. This glue should be used relatively quickly - rubber-toughened CA is not meant for long-term storage. (I also offer in larger bottles and other varieties, please see my other listings or contact me) The accelerator/activator spray is FOAM-SAFE and can be used with painted or finished surfaces - it will not harm foam products. (The glue is NOT foam-safe.) It activates the glue to make it dry faster and is really handy for pre-treating the items you are gluing. A light spray on the part before you apply the glue will help the glue dry faster, but note that the black CA takes longer to dry than regular CA. The accelerator is especially useful for pre-treating man-made (synthetic) items. USE AS LITTLE ACTIVATOR AS POSSIBLE FOR BEST RESULTS. NOTE: the CA glue itself is not foam-safe. Test first if you're not sure. The pin-cap bottle helps prevents clogs and provides a tight seal.
