Return policy details: Please contact us with your queries as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues you may have. The following conditions will apply. AUCTION PURCHASES. A full refund of the Selling Price will be given for purchases returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is in the same condition in which it was sent. Buyers postage costs will not be refunded either for sending, or returning the item. BUY IT NOW PURCHASES. We comply fully with Distance Selling Regulations. A full refund will be given for whatever reason within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is returned within that time and is in the same condition in which it was sent. Return postage costs will not be refunded. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT. If the item delivered is damaged in transit, clear photographic evidence of the damage and the external and internal packaging must be received within 24 hours of delivery of the item, the subject of the claim. The damaged item, together with all packaging must be kept until the claim is concluded as more photographs or inspection of the item by the Carrier may be required. The item must also be kept available for inspection in the state it was delivered, at the address it was delivered to. If it is shown that an item has been damaged in transit, the carrier will (at their discretion) generally pay for damage to be repaired rather than a replacement – depending on the level of damage to the item. Accordingly, they may ask for an estimate of repair costs from a specialist who will carry out the repair. If the item cannot reasonably be repaired then they would need confirmation this from the specialist in order for a claim to be considered. It is very important to follow the conditions set out above as Carriers will generally refuse any claim made if the packaging and the goods are not retained for inspection.
