Wear shows on spine, edges and corners of the cover. Some yellowi aging of the pages. The illustrations are bright and colorful. Look for old songs you have not heard about in a long time. It also provides some history notes of the songs. The inside cover with musical notes have been partially peeled off see photos. The is no writting that i can see but i did not look at every page. No missing or torn pages. 192 pages in all. Its a great music book over 80 years old.
