The wordson the Saint Philomena side "Sancta Philomena ora pro nobis" translate from Latin to "Saint Philomena pray for us." The words on the back "Corpus magnani quiescet" translate to "Mugnanis body rests" which may refer to Mugnano del Cardinale which is a town in Italy where the Basilica of Saint Philomena is located where her relics are kept.
