Description: This antique vintage leather dictionary is dedicated to someone in February 1929 (see attached photos). This is a must-have for any book collector or enthusiast. Notice the book is stamped "Wichita the Air Caputal." Wichita first earned the title of Air Capital of the World in 1928, when the production lines at the citys 16 aircraft manufacturers rolled out 120 airplanes each week. This designation makes this a piece of Wichita history and a significant collectors piece. The binding is made of leather and the pages are filled with over 18000 words, making it a comprehensive and valuable addition to any library. It is an excellent item for collectors or anyone interested in antique books. The dictionary is missing the introduction page(s), by comparison to other newer versions. Page 323 is separated from the binder but in the book. Please review all pictures carefully. This book appears to be almost 100 years old!. The inside binding is cracked at spots (see attached pictures). When comparing to others, note the snap design, the inside jacket design, the handwritten dedication (which you can find the person online) plus the stamp on the back of the cover. This is truly a unique find!
