It utilizes Pinnacle image intensifier tubes with a minimum of 2376 FOM. A single push of a button on the wireless firearm-mounted remote control wakes up the Armasight Vulcan 4x from standby mode, while the auto-shutoff powers down the unit if it receives no input for 60 minutes. The unit shuts down if exposed to excessive ambient light and returns to an active state once removed from the light source. The illuminated reticle is independently adjustable for brightness. Tactical rails are provided for attaching IR lasers or illuminators. Power is provided by a CR123A battery. The riflescope comes with lens caps, eyecup, Watchman or IR850-XLR Long Range IR Illuminator, wireless remote control, QD Weaver mount, battery key, product manual, lens cloth, soft carrying case and CR123A battery.
