Description: 9 1/2 inch Vegetable Serving Bowl or Dish in the hard to find Joyce pattern on the colonial mold From Blue Ridge Southern Potteries, this pottery bowl was hand painted in Tennessee in the 1940s and has the script mark. Not only is the pattern a great find, to have a vegetable serving bowl survive in this condition is wonderful! The diameter is 9 1/2” and it is approximately 2” deep. The colors are bright and vibrant and the finish is glossy. There are no chips, cracks or crazing found. On the back they arr some of the typical pottery faults common in pottery from this maker and the era. All issues are shown in the photos.
