This issue, as well as the other Boxoffice magazines that I am selling, were being stored in the floor boards of a theater that was being demolished. They were rescued before demolition occurred, but do have some wear from being stored and handled over the last 80+ years. Condition:- Front cover has writing/drawing on it- General wear on back cover- Some separation in the spine- Dusty from being in storage over the years- Overall, in good condition considering it's age!
