It's an original charcoal drawing on paper. The size is 17" x 20". The year was around 1970. It's more than 50 years old. It is in good condition and ready for framing. It will be shipped, rolled up in a mailing tube. Tony Scornavacca (1926-1986) was a well known Miami artist. He had a gallery in Coconut Grove and was one of the founding artists of the Coconut Grove Art Festival. He was born in Newark, NJ and after serving in the US Navy, he studied at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. He moved to Miami in 1950. He painted there and made his living as an artist. At one point, Scornavacca's works were included in two museums - The High Museum in Atlanta, and The Hood Museum at Dartmouth College. Scornavacca passed away in 1986 from lung cancer.
