Here offers 2 pairs of SSK stamps printed on last day of old rates and first day of new rates as following. They were mailed on the 7/8/2023 or 7/10/2023 given 7/9/23 is a Sunday and all POs are closed. 7/8/2023: 48C last day for postcard mailed on 7/8/23 7/8/2023: 63C last day for FCM mailed on 7/8/23 7/9/2023: 51C first day for postcard mailed on 7/10/23 7/9/2023: 66C first day for FCM mailed on 7/10/23 The hand stamps on 7/10/23 was not adjusted and still was 7/8/23.
