Haven't counted but looks like enough for play. Has all buildings. They have wear on the cardboard where they connect. Bank is the worse condition. Just missing one base. Has title deeds and hotel place mats. Has wear but ok condition Board ok. Has wear in middle fold. Bent and will require straightening Box is very average. Tears, scuffs and heaps of tape used.
