*HYPER RARE NOS* Excelsior Park Chronograph 1940s cal. EP4 PERFECT and SERVICED

Description: This is a hyper rare collector's timepiece from 1940s, it is an impossible find in this NOS condition, it is definitely a GRAIL WATCH! The watch has never been worn, the watch is perfect! It perfectly retains the original polished and brushed finish on the case. The lugs are extremely sharp.Excelsior Park are very famous for supplying movements to big brands in the 40's and 50's, like Girard Perregaux, Gallet, Zenith etc. They manufactured only extremely small quantities under their own brand, so, it's super hard to find one like this. This has the cal. EP 4 decorated with Côtes de Genève, the famous and infamous EP 4. It's an inhouse high-class chronograph movement that uses a ruby jewel on the driving wheel, which is extremely rare for a hand-wound chronograph movement. Building and manufacturing such a movement is impossible these days. The diameter is 36mm, while it has 44mm from lug to lug. It's all original, the 'Hooked 7' rare dial is a two tone silver colour and it's original, not repainted, the hands are thermally blued, the crown, pushers and case are all original. The movement is very clean. The watch is running excellent, it has been serviced by my master watchmaker in 05.2022 and it was under warranty before 05.2023. Please check the picture with the performance on the timegrapher, it's outstanding! I've never worn it since, I just fully wound it twice a month and put it in the box. It has a new full size leather strap. It's an incredible timepiece, UNIQUE in this condition, any collector should try to have one like this.
