Upon check-out, there will be a $60 split week housekeeping fee that you are required to pay at that time. This fee cannot be paid in advance. This fee must be paid at the end of your stay. No one is exempt from paying this fee at check-out. You must be at least 25 years old to check-in. A valid credit card and ID are required at check-in.
