It has installed on XP Office 2000 and on Windows 7 Office 2010, both of which includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, etc. It also has some various useful software and cleaning programs. The picture is of one I found on the internet, not of this particular one. I have several of these and can't take pix of them all. This is to show you what this model looks like. It comes with a power adapter cord, a 2.40 GHz Core 2 Duo processor, 320 GB hard drive and 3 GB ram. The battery is good and the laptop also works fine with just the cord. There may be scratches, scuffs, minor cracks or dings, or other marks as it is being sold used with some wear on it. There is a rubbery coating on the mouse buttons. It is likely that the laptop you purchase will have substantial wear on this rubbery coating. Don't worry, the buttons work fine. The coating was just cosmetic. I have freshly installed everything (so no viruses like in many used computers). A good powerful laptop with this operating system on it will soon be basically unable to be found anywhere. This laptop is sold AS-IS with no refunds. That being said, if the post office damages it in shipping, after getting our permission, you may send it back within one week of receiving it and we'll refund it.
