The gun works and comes with batteries. It shoots the darts about 15 to 25 feet depending on the darts and chance. It works in both battery and manual mode. Overall it is a cool vintage gun. It is fun to play with, and will be great for indoor nerf battles. I took lots of pictures to show the conditions of the items. They tell a good tale. See pictures for condition.
