The cover bears the presidential series coin of Theodore Roosevelt the 26th President variety and was struck in both Philadelphia and Denver. A 46 cent Patriotic Star stamp is postmarked May 9, 2013 on the envelope as each coin was minted first struck at each Mint per content, see photo.
