I was unable to test this game because I don't have an original Xbox, but I have no reason to doubt that it works, because the disc is in decent shape. Please refer to the pictures for the condition of the game. The game will ship via USPS in a padded mailer with bubble wrap inside of its Wii case so that the disc doesn't come loose during shipping.
