Description: Custom SuperKool Condenser Assembly for 1981-87 Chevrolet and GMC Trucks with Compressor on Driver's side [51-8187DS] (PICTURE IS FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY OF MOUNTING/INSTALL) Condenser and drier assembly mounts to the front of the radiator. Custom aluminum tubes connect to receiver drier and pass neatly through the core support with rubber grommets for easy routing to remaining A/C system components. An additional #6 straight fitting with switch port is included for adding optional Pressure Safety Switch. SuperKool Condensers are one of the highest performing and Durable condensers available in todays automotive aftermarket. These condensers are specifically designed for maximum heat transfer to lower head pressures during idle situations. Manufactured with 14 fins per inch to allow more airflow through the condenser to allow radiator to function properly. Many competitors condensers use 16 to 18 fins per inch that can restrict airflow to radiator often leading to over-heating problems.
