The book is showing its age. There is a split at the hinge at the front and back panels. The cover also has splits and cracks around the spine. Due to these, the first few pages are not attached. Pages are lightly tanned and some pages have foxing (this close to color illustrations are the most affected). This book would be a good addition to collections featuring antique children’s literature..
