Dedicated for the 1917 Great October Revolution Celebration (November 7) Parade where every participating youth supposed to carry such flag or two! Flag has the yellow print of hammer & sickle, an abstract floral ornaments and printed in Russian - "HOLIDAY GREETINGS!". Side area by the pole has manufacturer's printed governmental standards for such product, plus its retail price. The flag is silky fabrics made. Its approximate measurements are 8" X 4". Placed on the plasic pole 9 3/4" long. Last 2 photos are showing the usual banners that were hanging in every Soviet city or town during the celebration! From smoke/pet free household!
