Description: Vintage Gerz German Lidded Beer Stein Boar Hunting Scene. Stein is blue and brown with a silver domed lid. Handle is a fox. Stein depicts a boar hunting scene. Made in West Germany in the 1960's. Stein is 9 1/2" tall, 3 1/2" diameter at the base, and 2 1/2" diameter at the lip. Original Gerz stein.Previously owned but in very good condition. There is a tiny chip on a hunter's thumb (see photo 3), and one chip on the edge of the stein base on the bottom (see photo 6) so not noticeable when sitting on a shelf/counter. The silver lid has some play to it, but opens and closes securely. Stored in my smoke-free home.
