Description: Here's a classic from the 1980s, a Jim Blackburn rear touring rack. It was fitted to a 57 cm Bilenky exactly how you see it here, with one adjustable mount. I would imagine adjusting this mount allows it to be fitted on a variety of frames with either 700c or 27" wheels, possibly an old school 26" MTB too. But please make sure this will work for you, as touring is not our area of expertise. The rack itself measures about 14" x 14". If I hold the rack level, the eyelets that attach by the rear axle fall right about at the middle at 7". Actual weight as seen here is 528 grams.
