Description: THANKS FOR CHECKING OUT MY AUCTION. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION AND MY POLICIES BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID. Check out my other items!Be sure to add me to your favorites list! This listing is for a vintage "Revere" brand alto saxophone mouthpiece. It is made of white plastic, sometimes referred to as 'Tonalin'. It most likely dates to the 1960's, or thereabouts. It is stamped 4* on the side, and the tip opening measures .065". It has flat inner side walls, and an "A" shaped arch top chamber. This mouthpiece is in good used condition. The tip, table, and rails are smooth, and original. There is some tooth wear, including an indentation, on the beak. It isn't too deep though. If you use a mouthpiece cushion you are very unlikely to be bothered by it. There is light ligature scratching on the body. There are no cracks, however the seam line from the molding of the mouthpiece is visible on the interior. All mouthpieces have this, but they tend to be more noticeable on white pieces because they collect a bit of cork debris. The logo is somewhat worn, but still readable. This mouthpiece has been cleaned/sanitized. Please feel free to email me with any questions. Thanks again for looking! TMG-51
