Comes with a probe that allows for cooking temperatures from 150 to 400 degrees. The cord is in great condition with no breaks or frays. It is in very clean condition! This skillet has been tested and heats beautifully. It measures 11" in diameter x 2" deep. It comes with an egg poacher insert with six stainless steel cups. The bakelite handle, knob and feet are in great condition as well. I'm not entirely sure that the probe has an indicator light option. Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
